Your download
The Self-Host Pack is a digital download. When you buy through Gumroad, your receipt includes the download link. No physical item is posted.
One ZIP contains 19 files: ten PDFs with 71 pages in total, an Excel workbook, three editable Word files, three plain-text alternatives and two HTML files. The PDFs include the 29-page guide and six-page starter.
Download and extract the ZIP, keeping the files together so their links work. Open 00 - Start here.html or Start here.pdf, keep a blank master, and make working copies for your home.
Opening and saving your files
Use a PDF reader that supports forms, Microsoft Word or a compatible document application, Excel or compatible spreadsheet software, and a browser for the HTML files. Seven PDFs are fillable. Printing is optional.
PDF fields cannot grow the page; use the Word or HTML manual for longer instructions. Word text can change the page breaks, so check the layout before sharing. Save and reopen your work to check it.
The HTML manual works locally and does not publish a guest website. The message templates are for copying and personalising; they do not send emails automatically.
Permitted use
Your purchase permits you or your business to use these resources in your own holiday-rental operations, including properties you manage for clients. You may save backup copies, print copies and adapt the workbook and checklists for those operations. You may share working copies with staff or contractors who need them for that work, provided they keep them private and use them only for that purpose.
You may not resell, redistribute or publicly upload the source files or adapted versions, offer them as your own templates, or include them in another product for sale. Copyright in the original resources remains with their rights holder. Purchasing the pack does not transfer that copyright.
Help and refunds
If a file is missing, will not open or does not match the description, email hello@byalexhaven.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Please do not send card details or passwords.
Try the Self-Host Pack with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@byalexhaven.com with your order reference. This voluntary guarantee is additional to your rights and remedies under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights are not limited to 7 days.
Before you buy
Check the final total and payment currency at checkout. Taxes and currency-conversion or bank fees may vary.
The Professional Pack, full-length book, physical goods and personal property advice are separate. These are practical tools to adapt to your home; they do not certify compliance or promise bookings or income. Check current local requirements, equipment instructions and booking-channel rules.
