Can I fill these in digitally?
Yes. Seven working PDFs are fillable: setup checks, changeover checks, cleaning routine, quiet-week planner, arrival record, house manual and guest feedback/improvement log.
Download and unzip the pack, keeping the files together so their links work. Open 00 - Start here.html in your browser to choose the right file. Open a working PDF in a reader that supports forms and linked PDFs. Type or tick, use Save As to keep a separate copy, then reopen it to check your entries. Keep a blank master. Printing is optional.
What do I need to open the files?
Microsoft Word for the editable document copies, a PDF reader that supports forms, and Excel or compatible spreadsheet software. Browser and mobile previews vary, so download the files before working in them.
The guide and message PDFs are for reference. Use the Word copies to personalise your house manual, messages and feedback; check page breaks before sharing, as longer text can change the layout. Text alternatives are included, and the HTML house manual opens locally in a browser. PDF fields cannot grow the page.
What is separate?
